# esLYVE

esLYVE is a credit that can either be vested into $LYVE linearly over 30 days or can be staked like LYVE to earn protocol revenues

### Earn Protocol revenues

Staked like $LYVE to earn 40% of protocol revenues and other real yields ( grants and airdrops )

( Currently esLYVE is only available on Linea and will be able to bridge to ETH soon \[ updated at 2024/4/7] )

### Vest to $LYVE

You can withdraw your esLYVE as corresponding LYVE after 30 days of linear vesting, and to vest your esLYVE, you must own a corresponding amount of LYVE. Once vesting is started, you can withdraw the vested esLYVE to $LYVE, and after the 30-day vesting period, you can take out all the esLYVE and the $LYVE pledged within it.

For example, if you have 100 esLYVE, you can choose to vest all or part of the esLYVE, and the esLYVE that enters vesting will no longer contribute to the farm boost coefficient. If you already have esLYVE in vesting and you haven't fully withdrawn the vested esLYVE, adding new esLYVE to vest will merge with the ongoing vest, and the time will start recalculating.

### Convert directly to LYVE

esLYVE can be converted to LYVE directly at a 70% discount ( can be adjusted under Lyve DAO's decision ). The rest 30% will be transfered to Treasuary and EsLyve Staking Vault
